keyfact Horsham District

The Horsham District is made up of 23 picturesque rural market towns and villages with the tastefully developed historic market town of Horsham at its commercial and administrative centre.

Residential Property

The Horsham District covers an area of 205 square miles located between the South Downs National Park and the delightful High Weald landscape of the South East. 85% of the District is rural.

The District offers first class schools and colleges, with educational attainment amongst the highest in the country and unemployment and crime amongst the lowest.

Supporting its location and high quality of life, the District offers a wide variety of lifestyle and accommodation choices to buy or to rent. From picturesque rural villages to bustling market towns to the many urban lifestyle choices within Horsham Town.

There are 32 parishes in the Horsham District, each with its own charm and character, offering a huge choice of homes to suit all tastes, lifestyles and pockets. Six of the parishes are Market Towns: Billingshurst, Henfield, Pulborough, Southwater, Steyning and Storrington, each one offering its own distinctive shopping and lifestyle experience and friendly communities.

If you're looking for a new build, there are several sites in development in and around Horsham town at the moment at Harrington Mews, Highwood, Wickhurst Green and Kilnwood Vale.

If you would like to rent on a country estate there are options through several private landowners.

There are many residential estate agents in the District from chains to independent.  To find out the choices currently available please follow the links below:  A one stop shop for houses to rent or buy, current values, sold prices
