The RE:Start Local programme offers free* seminars, meet-the-buyer events and one-to-one support to businesses working in the construction, energy efficiency and renewables sectors to help them better compete for large public and private sector contracts.

RE:Start Local is free to businesses in the construction and retrofit sectors (including: renewable energy installers, lighting specialists, architects, construction firms, heating and plumbing engineers…) with a turnover less than £35 million and less than 250 employees.

RE:Start Local is free thanks to part-funding from the European Regional Development Fund.

The project is led by the Institute for Sustainability, an independent charity established in 2009 to support cross sector collaboration and innovation.

The Sustainable Business Partnership are co-ordinating events and services across East and West Sussex and Brighton and Hove, with expert partners offering similar activities throughout the South East.
