Piries Place
Location: Just east of Horsham Town centre behind East Street in Horsham Town. Access can be gained through the Carfax. Adjacent to a new 500 space multi-storey car park.
Status: Complete
Work has been completed on a multimillion-pound regeneration development. The scheme, put forward as a joint venture between property development and investment company Reef Estates and Arcus-PCD, regenerated the area with a new three- screen Everyman cinema, a 92-bed Premier Inn hotel, shops and restaurants. The scheme has also delivered improvements to the public realm with new seating and paving. The shops were improved and updated with a new entrance and existing office space was enhanced. Moreover, the development has provided new employment, with some 150 jobs created.

Swan Walk
Location: Swan Walk shopping centre is in the centre of Horsham town. Access can be gained from Albion Way, the main road around Horsham town.
Status: Complete
Work has been completed on a multi-million-pound investment into the redevelopment of the Swan Walk shopping centre, bringing new leisure and retail facilities into the town centre. The scheme has been designed to enhance the centre’s Swan Square area, creating additional retail units and improving the pedestrian flow.
The shopping centre offers 23,000 sq m of high-quality retail space.

Tungsten Park Southwater South, Oakhurst Business Park
Location: Tungsten Park Southwater South is located at Oakhurst Business Park in Southwater, Horsham. The premises is adjacent to the A24, three miles south-west of Horsham and within easy reach of Junction 9 of the M25 and Junction 11 of the M23.
Status: Ready for occupation.
In total, this high quality detached industrial / logistics unit offers 2,229 sq m worth of floorspace, with 1,997 sq m on the ground floor and 232 sq m on the first floor.

Nowhurst Business Park
Location: Adjacent to the A281 main Horsham to Guildford road and close to a current commercial site, Lawson Hunt Industrial Estate in Broadbridge Heath. The site is also a short distance to the west of the A24 route, giving good access to major roads.
Status: In progress.
Size of units on offer: from 1,115 sq m up to 11,148 sq m.
Nowhurst Business Park is a strategically located development on the A281 to the west of Horsham. The outline application was approved in February 2018 and promotes a development of up to 26,942 sq m for a mix of employment uses on this 27-acre site. Completed buildings are available on a pre-let basis.

Land North of Horsham
Location: North of Horsham town and just north of the A264 route through to Crawley and Gatwick. The development lies at the heart of the Gatwick Diamond and can be accessed easily from both the M23 motorway and the A24 route.
Status: In progress. As of May 2020 the focus has been on supporting the delivery of the new Bohunt Horsham School. They are currently progressing their vision for the first phase of development.
Legal & General Capital (Legal & General) acquired control of a multi-tenure development site in Horsham, in December 2018. This was part of their ambition to tackle the UK’s housing crisis by scaling up overall housing delivery and providing new homes for all ages, tenures and social groups.
The development is set to include: 45,000 sq m of new employment space; 2,750 new homes, including affordable housing; an education campus for Bohunt Horsham School; a new sports hub; new pedestrian, cycle and road connections; extensive green space and landscaping.

Horsham Enterprise Park
Location: Former Novartis site on Wimblehurst Road. North of Horsham town centre and between the railway lines of Horsham Station. Access is via Parsonage Road to the north of the site, a short distance from the A264 road.
Status: Site purchased by West Sussex County Council. Work anticipated to begin in 2021.
West Sussex County Council purchased the 18.6-acre brownfield site in December 2016 and are promoting a mixed use commercial and residential development.
The current proposal is for approximately 2/3 commercial development and 1/3 residential development. The outline development features 25,000 sq m of employment space, including a new collaborative workshop space or enterprise hub for micro and small businesses.

Council-owned commercial property
Horsham District Council owns and manages a range of industrial, office and retail premises which are let on commercial terms throughout the District. These include the popular Oakhurst Business Park in Southwater, a number of shops and offices in and around Horsham, and units which are specifically aimed at starter businesses in Blatchford Close.
